WWW continues to innovate and inspire. In 2017, WWW held their first Innovation Symposium with associates across the globe. The three-day symposium included a lecture with Harvard Business School focused on best practices for creating customer centric environments, as well as interactive sessions. This robust program is designed to ensure our employees start off on the right foot from the moment they begin their WWW career. During full Day One, new employees meet with an executive, learn about the business, and grow familiar with our technology. In the months that follow, NewSoles is there to ensure new employees have everything they need to be successful.
In order to stay in touch and make sure we have two way communications at all levels, we use pulse surveys to hear what team members are experiencing, use insights to drive honest conversations and develop actions to address areas where we are not aligned.
